Mucho pedir donaciones, para después desentenderse y dejar la extensión sin soporte para FF57, tal como han comunicado en su Web, estoy muy decepcionado por que yo realice una donación para que ahora, como tienen que rehacer la extensión para que sea compatible con la versión 57, pues pasan del todo, es una falta de respeto a todos los que hemos puesto nuestro granito de arena para que esta estupenda extensión continuara mejorando.

Please add support for Firefox quantum. I use firefox for this addon only. I don`t like fishy download managers. Please update this for firefox 57.

I love this addons, i used it for two years or more.
But unfotunatelly, since i use firefox nightly build i can't use this addons again because DTA not yet compatible.
I hope i can use this powerfull addons again.

Hopefully the developer is trying to make another version that's suitable for the new new WebExtensions. Kudos to the developer for making one of the most important add-on in Firefox history!

I read Nils Maier's (the developer) blog and understand his frustration with Mozilla due to the introduction of Web Extensions that has disabled support for so many plugins.

This extension is the best download manager out there, bar none. It serves millions of users out there (2.2 million according to the DTA site) and is probably the best thing that happened to Firefox.

I keep Firefox 47 installed and have disabled automatic updates, just so I can keep using DownThemAll! To me Firefox is just my download program.

I love DownThemAll, since I test it years ago.

This is a must have addon, and I think, must be a "core feature" to add on Firefox builds as "advanced" download manager...

I read on author blog a really good opinion about XUL and XPCOM deprecation on Firefox addons (Mozilla decision on Firefox57+) which is a bad move, a lot of useful addons and developers are orphans now, and this is a tragedy.

But no tears, only melancholy of people who believe on community and open source development.

Thanks for great work this years master, some of us, maybe a minority of fellas, appreciate developers work...

I salute you, i hope Mozilla erratic moves don't kill great developments and motivation of great developers like you.

I've been using it for years, and it looks like I'll continue using it, for about another month or so.

After that, it won't matter, and I'll have no reason not to move on to Chrome. I've tried that before, but keep coming back to FF because of DTA! and other add-ons.

Unless Mozilla sees some sense...

I don't think that the people asking you to reproduce this using W.E. realise how much work is involved, and how compromised the end result would be.

Speaking as someone who really appreciates what you've achieved here over the years - my advice is - move on! Organisations evolve, and sometimes they evolve into something a bit silly - it seems that's what happened to Mozilla and I don't think you can change that. It's sad, but...?
