Great add-on, used it from the start, but it doesn't work in TB3 (b4 or final).

Just upgraded to Thunderbird 3 and I see that the Previous! and Next! buttons no longer function. I've got mail opening in a new window, and I added the buttons to the mail window. But they don't do anything. I am hugely reliant on this functionality!

I just moved to Thunderbird from Outlook Express in preparation for Windows7 and was looking for ways to make it look and act like what I was used to. One button that I would really like to see is a 'Reply to Group' one for use in newsgroups. Great stuff!!

The previous and next buttons work even if message is opened in a seperate window - in contrast to the buttons of the add-on "Toobar Buttons". Unfortunately, only few buttons.

One of my most indispensable Thunderbird add-ons. Worth it for the Archive! button alone, which lets you move messages to frequently used folders with a single click to keep your inbox clean (like in Gmail).

This is another one of those add-ons that I have used for years and should have reviewed a long time ago. It's simple and useful. The Next and Previous buttons (that walk through all messages, not just the unread) are priceless.

I support this Add-ons on on my theme.
I expect the version that supported TB3b3 early.
Thanking you in advance.

Thank you for this! Works wonderfully!! :)

Perfect. Just what I wanted. I really wanted that delete! functionality. I hate to open spam accidentally just because I deleted a message.

Works great!! Thank you!

Buttons 0.5.3.2 with FF 2.0.7 on Vista home SP1
had to remove it as it was screwing up the folder list sidebar and also next!/previous! opened the wrong messages, lots of other odd things happening. All OK when removed

same on XP all 100% OK

Always nice to have a wider choice of buttons... though I don't use many, the ones I do use I need extensions for.

Oberfeldwebel,

The instructions for installing in Thunderbird are right above the download link.

If you just click on the download link like you would any link, it will attempt to automatically install to Firefox.

Here's more detailed instructions if you need it:

Right-click the "download now" link (RIGHT-click).

Save the .xpi file to a convenient location.

Open Thunderbird.

Go to "tools" > "add-ons."

In the add-ons window, click the "install" button.

In the file window which pops up, navigate to the directory where you saved the file and select the file. Click "open" or "ok."

Click the "install now" button in the window that pops up.

After it installs, click the "restart now" button.

Alternatively, save the file to your desktop. Open up "tools" > "add-ons" and drag the file from your desktop into the add-ons window. Click "install now" and restart as normal.

My attempts to download this program resulted repeatedly with pop-up window " this program is not compatible with Firefox."

This is a Firefox program for Thunderbird mail, but it will not download?

Love buttons to save toolbar space! I\'m not sure it this is where it came from, but my Menu button (replaces the entire main menu) displays the bookmark submenu on top of the menu instead of beside it like the others.

I don't know what I would do without this extension. I use Thunderbird on a laptop, and in the course of a week, I'm connected to at least 4-5 different LANs, each with its own SMTP server. The "Select SMTP!" button is a real life saver.

What this is supposed to do I used to have. Found it to be gone. Downloaded this add on and it still isn't working. Aside from being more than a little annoyed that next and previous are not a base part of Thunderbird, I'm really annoyed that I can't get this function back.

Makes navigating and toggling between messages much easier.
