If you could now tell me how o set up different folders for different mail adresses to save attachments, it would be great

I am afraid that the feature you request is not currently possible due to limitations of the Thunderbird Extensions API (the interface between add-ons and Thunderbird). If it becomes possible in the future, the feature may be added.
