This used to be one of my favorite add-ons, but now the interface has so deteriorated such that notes cannot be overwritten either on my computer or on Simple Note, and the interface with Simple Note is so buggy that it can't even find any but one of my Simple Note files. How the mighty have fallen.

I can not choose a tab by clicking on it. If I do, it goes to archive??
Then I have to use Alt + J, and "Send back to editor" before I can read it. :(

This is my most valuable add-on. I use it to record notes, clip stuff from web pages, and store frequently referenced material (including credit card numbers and passwords using the encrypted note functionality). Combined with Firefox Sync, everything is automagically available on every computer I have. The author is also extremely responsive to problems and suggestions. Highest recommendation.

Este complemento es ideal para anotar para escribir notas offline que luego puedo pasar fácilmente al servicio Simplenote. (abusar de estas notas en cantidad puede causar problemas al sincronizar las notas con Xmarxs en varios equipos). Las notas se sincronizan automáticamente con Xmarxs (complemento Firefox) . (Dicho sea de paso simplenote es un buen servicio que se puede usar para escribir notas en línea. Y lo bueno es que se puede exportar las notas, aunque actualmente estas notas exportadas de este servicio son poco legibles por falta de saltos de línea y reglones en blanco).

Functionality wise, seems okay... But in FF4, when closing the app, it will hang until killed in task manager, all tabs will be lost on restart, it kills miscellaneous download links (having to middle click to open in new tab before a file download prompt appears), Dropbox stops working... Basically - very very beta!

Every time I open it, it's adding strange codes in front of the bookmark titles, like "[st=20928] [ss=3372] [se=3372]" on Firefox 3.6.15, and these strange codes keeps on reappearing when I delete them, and growing. This doesn't happens on Fx4. It's a problem, when it comes to syncing over Xmarks...Other than that, great addon. Works as expected.

Simple and easy to use. Does exactly what it is supposed to do without feature creep. I love the integration with Evernote.

This note has a lot of options. I can open it in a new window, tab or sidebar and it is easy to use.

Now that Firefox Sync is a part of Firefox 4, QuickFox Notes should try to work better with Firefox Sync.
Just last week, some of my notes were reversed back to versions dated back to a few weeks ago, and this happened without any apparent reason!

I've used this for a long time and it just keeps getting better.
One thing that thrilled me out about this extension is the fact that it employs a bookmark folder to store notes. Quite a clever idea!
Also using xmarks with this extension finally gave me the flexibility I was looking for.

Requesting some code cleanup. Also rich formatting and other features are rarely used and should be removed. I request a fork of this add-on for just text based note taking.
