Please also allow use of "owncloud ocis"

*cloud works with ownCloud Infinite Scale, but the oCIS administrator has to activate Access Tokens, see https://joendres.gitlab.io/filelink-nextcloud/admin.html#owncloud-infinite-scale-ocis
