Great job !

The last task "ToDo" is to integrate your finished downloads in the official download manager of Firefox, because there are a lot of Add-ons for this one, and not for DTA...
Thanks to do a best integration to FF!

great :) i don't need to have a separate download manager always sitting in tray and leeching resources..
it really does accelerate downloads (of course not by magic but by increasing number of connections to the server so it can turn against you if you overdo it :), it's not just a story, and i guess that x4 acceleration comes pretty close to reality.

This is the best download manager out there, and has been for quite some time, but please, can we get the option to open the download window in new Firefox tab or like Download Statusbar? Having that open extra window is clutter I thought we got rid of when tabbed browsing was introduced over a decade ago!

This is a great download manager and has replaced most of my download manager needs. In most of my tests its faster than Internet download manager and on par with firedownload.
Feature Request:
To the developer: When you right click a page and capture all the links on that page, in the "Make your selection" window when you select the links that you want to download, could you please add an option to export the links to a plain text file or to show all the selected links in a new tab in plain text. This would be very much appreciated. thank you very much for your great work.

All in all very good addon, but I would like to have a different default setting for dta Oneclick. What I'm saying is, when I use dta manager to batch download images, I may use a special renaming mask and save them in a folder other than the default. But after that if I just want to download some single file using oneclick, it would use my last setting and that's very inconvenient.

This is, hands down, the best download manager I've ever used, probably even better than the built-in manager in Opera. However, I would like to point out that it currently stops at around 99% of the YouTube download, and effectively goes boom. I would like to see it fixed.

Meh, only minimally useful for me.
I do see how this is useful for others, but the standard one works for me. I didn't notice any performance increase.

very useful tool. thanks for your effort!
2 suggested additions:
[1] ability to pause TBD seconds between downloaded files.
example: i download zip files from manga sites which limit 4 downloads per minute, ??? per day.
[2] ability to re-download file if file actually downloaded < TBD bytes.
example: same site above will replace zip file with an html file with "max files exceeded" warning.

The only serious complaint I have about this add-on is the frustrating inability to change the download directory. A real pain in the butt! But the the add-on is great other than that.

Works fine. But Suppose I'm downloading a 100 mb file and I've downloaded 50 mb, if i pause now, and if the file is deleted on the server, the next time i resume, the entire file is gone (50 mb) and 1.5kb 404 error html page gets downloaded. Please make it to indicate as error so we can add alternate mirrors.

How come sometimes I only get an .html file instead of the item I downloaded?

Nils, Federico, Stefano, great work! If possible though, please add the ability to filter for email addresses in bulk.
Just today I found myself wishing I could copy all of the email addresses on a webpage (and nothing else but that, with a *@*.* filter maybe, or even *.*@*.*) Oh, and ideally you'd also be able to automatically append each address with a comma and a space (so that, yes, the whole lot of them could immediately be pasted into the Recipient field of a new email message).
Oh-h-h yeah.
Yes, I know that your run time is focused on file extensions and is actually probably written to deliberately overlook anything that ends in .com or .net --- because they're not file extensions. Also I know that your focus is not on copying text, but rather on copying files. I use DownThemAll regularly for downloading images in bulk or even pdf's in bulk. Also videos or even movies once they're running. Very, very cool, However, to be fully true to the 'All' aspect of your moniker, it would be also be very cool to have the ability to retrieve more than files proper. Why not be able to copy text, filter for certain kinds of text, etc?
