I make some changes in the xpi
1) download that xpi
2) jar -xvf email_notification_randomizer-1.2.4-tb.xpi
3) open install.rdf
4) change the version to support TB 3
<em:minVersion>3.0</em:minVersion>
<em:maxVersion>3.1.*</em:maxVersion>
5) jar -uvf email_notification_randomizer-1.2.4-tb.xpi install.rdf
6) Yep...thats it.
