Added support for Greasemonkey. Removed compatibility with versions lower than Firefox 4.0. Those won't work with Greasemonkey anyways, so just use the older version. Now added preliminary Thunderbird support.

This version backs up your old setting before installing, putting them back when you disable or uninstall.

But the main reason I'm releasing this is that some people with 5.0 and my addon did not get my update.

The other reason is that, barring some weird circumstances, this is the last version of this addon. Supposedly a new addon system is coming in Firefox 7, and it will not have the annoying delay.

• Adds restartless support for Firefox 4. Now you won't even have to restart Firefox to use this addon and shut off that pesky delay!

• Icon will now display in Addon Manager.
