I am a Linux user and we have now IE available on Wine, clean, without hacking scripts or other tricks. I tried this addon on a windows machine to see how it works, and I found that works fine ,For me this extension could be a welcome solution for render those "IE only" web sites on my Linux box but in the preferences, the tab for external application do not recognize the path for Wine (for example, in my case is /home/gfarfan/.wine/drive_c/Program Files/Internet Explorer/iexplore.exe so I just invoke wine {path} ), It is possible to modify that? This is not a bug, just a request for adding more functionality.

Author added the ability to *not* sync cookies between IE & Fx after I made the request. That allows me to be logged into multiple Gmail / eBay / Netflix accounts in the same browser

I'm sure he is the *only* person on the Interweb to think something might be able to make him a little money. He has corrected what probably seemed like a Good Idea at the time. How many Spammers do that?

My donation is on it's way.

Plugin works well enough, I guess, but calling it "No Adware, Absolutely Clean" reminds me of those "THIS ISN'T SPAM!" emails I get every day. Considering the author hid malware in another version of this plugin, I can't trust this version.
