This extension does exactly what it says it does - no more and certainly no less. It has over time saved me HOURS at work. I am constantly having to load user data from a browser-accessed database and include parts of the information in emails to supervisors. This extension removes all the formatting hassles that used to drive me insane. Thanks, Davide!

Needed to copy a table that didn't want to paste properly in Notepad or Excel. One right-click on the table and Voila! Into Excel it went. Nicely done.

Really cool utility. One more thing you just can do more with it copy paste the table to EXCEL and you will see it in excel rows and cols. Enjoyed it really.

Hello,

may I suggest a modification: html line breaks ( along with the neighboring white space) in table cells are by now replaced with an empty string. I would need these line breaks converted into tabs, but the best would of course be to make it configurable.

Merci

Very useful, thanks. How about adding an accelerator for the context menu item "copy whole table"? At the moment I have to use the up/down keys to scroll to the option, instead of being able to just press a single key.

Love utilities like this; reminds me of the early days of free software for Windows, when generous people would create such a practical help. Now I use PCLinuxOS 2007, and I sure miss the lack of practical little programs like this. Unfortunately, with the current version (2.2) of OpenOffice.org, one can use Table2Clipboard to capture and paste into a blank Writer page (comparable to a Word doc) but not in the Calc (OpenOffice.org's Excel) spreadsheet. It was perfectly functional in prior versions of Calc, so I guess the OpenOffice.org developers changed just a little something and now the paste command in the Edit menu is grayed out.

Just what I was looking for. It allows an easy way to grab information from web pages and paste them into Excel. This allows me a quick way to sort, total, average and print the data. Keep up the good work.
Thanks

This is a good add-on with lots of potential.
I have discovered that once the add-on is active, I cannot get to the property menu of my Bookmarks Tool-bar. Instead of the regular list I get an empty one (little white empty square).

keep developing this and thanx.
