Hiya Bloke.... I wanted to explain why I had to refuse support of the ads option in supporting your add-on:
I try to be kept to myself, and not draw attention by natural character. I have been this way since I was in elementary school. I just like to keep myself out of harm's way, and advertising would look erratic and draw attention that I likely wouldn't want. You'd be surprised who has already taken advantage of this in the near past and harassed me through derivation of information through something like this.
I promise though, once I get a chance to see if the add-ons will be useful, I will send the donation via paypal or some form of online value that you will find useful. Then, you just gotta do me the favor of offering stripped versions, compact, quick running, and highly encrypted. This will help with putting the burden away from Central Processing Unit Manufacturing, and Circuit Homologation experts. It's time for them to get a nap, as they've done their jobs, it seems to me that it's time for people to start getting their noses smashed for sticking them where they don't belong when they know darn well not to do it.
I really find all of this technology a true gift that will offer a great gift provided it is not exploited to the point where it's taken away. This could easily happen, as there are a great many bad things that technology can offer the wrong mind in possession of the right tools. All we can do is start with ourselves, and try to act responsibly, thus leading through action, NOT speculation. Walk the walk, before you talk the talk, is the moral of the story I suppose.
Well, I hope that my explaining to you why I have to turn down your ads option at the moment during evaluation. Maybe drop me an email explaining your ads structure and selective logic to decide what to present where, and perhaps out of luck, we might find I actually agree with it, and just let you have the freedom to do so. However, I am very picky, and raised with a concrete sense and understanding of ethics. This ethical upbringing came easily to me, but might be difficult to understand for most.
Contact me please.
I actually, have a job you might be the right person for on an upcoming project in the next year.
It is some advertising work on a non-profit organization i'm forming.
Thanks for contributing to the free world of quality products and gadgets on the internet.

I do understand your concern, but I can insure you, that the ads I show is totally non-intrusive, it just shows different coupon offers on some shops. Thanks for your offer about the job, but I already have a lot to do with the extensions I develop.

I wrote a review complaining about the ad banner, but I think I enabled it accidentally (or it was enabled by the same bug mentioned in another review in version 4.04). I'm writing this new review to clarify that the ad banner is disabled by default. Also, this extension is awesome.

This is one of the first addons I install after a clean install. Don't listen to the retards who say there's an ad banner. You can hide it (it's hidden by default) and it only asks you once if you want to display them. But even if it didn't, I understand that it's not easy or free to develop addons, and the complainer's are usually the ones who are too cheap to every buy anything O.o

I have one additional concern/suggestion pertinent to this add-on and I am addressing this issue to the Developer, for which I hope that he is reading this. I did appreciate the developer responding to my previous suggestion from Mar 29.
Again, I reiterate that the following security issue is a major concern for setting up computers in a public environment due to the fact that there are still methods in which anyone can still access keyboard shortcuts in Firefox, even if you have them all turned off &/or edited with a custom key combination.
I am certain that the developer is already aware that unfortunately there is a split-second delay for all custom and non-custom keyboard short cuts via S# Menu Wizard to take effect the moment Firefox is launched. I am not sure if the issue is with the architecture within Firefox or with this add-on. When you launch Firefox, as soon as the browser starts to populate on the screen, if you strike any hotkey or hotkey combination, one will be able to access that particular feature, thus bypassing any setting restrictions as set via S3 Menu Wizard. For example, launch Firefox, and as soon as the browser starts to appear, immediately strike F11 key to enter full-screen mode. As you can see, you can bypass the hotkey settings and successfully access full screen mode. By this example, if the setting (S3 Menu Wizard) for F11 key was either cleared (disabled) or enabled with a new custom key combination, Firefox continues to acknowledge the F11 key as the original key for full-screen mode as assigned during the writing of Firefox. This split second delay at the moment of launching Firefox is a serious issue and permits anyone to access any hotkey combination that one so chooses.
I ask kindly to the developer to please address this matter, if possible when releasing a future version.
Thank you, in advance for kindly responding to this inquiry.

I've been using Menu Wizard for a while now and it works perfectly. However the settings has a place to enable or disable ads. I prefer to donate directly and I did so, and thus I have always disabled the ads. However the setting has been resetting lately and enabling ads. Unacceptable behavior! I feel if I donate money directly I shouldn’t have to put up with the ads.
Edit: Thanks for the explanation Oleksandr. Appreciated.
apparently there was some mistake and was re-made the request for advertising.
I will look for this error!
sorry for the inconvenience!

I used to use Menu Editor and am so happy that someone has written something so equally awesome to manage menus. I have no idea Firefox can't do this out of the box. Add-ons add context items and the whole thing is just junked up this way.
Now, when I lost Menu Editor, I found this one and thought it only let you turn things off, which was huge. But, you can also drag and drop the menu items, arranging them just how you want. Thank you!

Exactly. I needed to customize thunderbird shortcuts to match the ones I used to use in my previous email client

hello, Im using your "Menu Wizard" addon but I dont know how to add new menu with javascript inside it. I want to create/add new menu, with some javascript code to be applied in an active page that I'm in.
My js code is:
javascript:var inputs= document.getElementsByClassName('compose-account js-account-item js-show-tip'); for(var i=0;i<inputs.length;i++){inputs[i].click();} 0
I've tried with:
var inputs= document.getElementsByClassName('compose-account js-account-item js-show-tip'); for(var i=0;i<inputs.length;i++){inputs[i].click();} 0
but it happens nothing.
Please help me sir, thank you

The ad request that everybody's complaining about is a one time thing, easily declined. I have no problem with the author trying to profit from his efforts in this way; in fact, I would mind it even less if the ads were on the configuration screens. My only (minor) problem with this add-on is how the "Oleksandr" link in _Firefox's_ Add-ons Manager leads to a list of _Seamonkey_ extensions instead.
