Broken as of 28/09. Latest Thunderbird update seems to have rendered it useless.

Удалось решить проблему невозможности создания/открытия календаря - этот пункт меню отображался серым цветом. Я экспортировал свой календарь из Google в формат Zip (внутри zip формат *.ics). Затем открыл этот файл в Thunderbird (File-Open-Calenar file). После этого появилась возможность добавить/создать новый календарь. Затем добавил мой Google calendar с сайта Google и удалил добавленный календарь из файла *.ics. После этого всё работает ОК.

Seems to have stopped syncing for me last few weeks on latest release build, as of mid-October 21. Worked perfectly for a long time prior. I love the rapid dev of TB, but it does seem to break some rather essential extensions quite a lot!

Наконец-то восстановили работоспособность календаря, несколько дней календарь не синхронизировался с гуглом. Не очень-то и торопились.

This update does not work, I still cannot add the appointments that arrive by mail,

Finally! Thank you for providing the update on the version 91. I can now synchronize my tasks with my Google Calendar.

Following a previous review reporting that this once excellent add-on does not work with TB78.11, I can confirm that my latest efforts to reinstall version 78.0.2 of the add-on to TB78.13.0 have the same result. I am running TB on Ubuntu Linux 20.04.3 LTS 64-bit, and this add-on simply locks up TB rendering it useless. It is now disabled until someone can come up with a fix for the issue.

No longer works with TB 91
Note, you can add calendars (not Tasks) using:
Add Calendar -> On the Network -> ...
User Name: user.name@gmail.com
Location: https://apidata.googleusercontent.com/caldav/v2/
... -> Find Calendars

It used to work fine. It seems to no longer work with Thunderbird 91, even if it's reported to be compatible.

With the latest update, my Google Calendars are all showing with the Enable button showing. If I enable them, no content for the calendar appears and when I restart Thunderbird, the status of the calendars all go back to being not enabled and the calendar content does not appear. Up to now, this has been a wonderful add-on.

utilisateur de TB depuis... je remettais cette extension pour récupérer mes agendas Google. Aujourd'hui j'installe/configure un ordi et impossible de faire prendre en compte mon adresse gmail pour synchroniser ==> 1*
dommage ;-)

It was great until I updated to TB 91 - now the addon doesn't see some calendars and the tasks don't work at all... please fix it for 91!
