Display Mail User Agent T

Rated 3 out of 5 stars

As much as I like the add-on, it feels there is no more development happening. A Thunderbird email client version TB 115 is still not detected/shown as such. Are there any plans to keep this add-on updated? Lastt update was in July 2022.
Thanks

An essential, excellent add-on. A big thank you to the developer for his ongoing work, keeping this updated and adjusted to the changes that newer Thunderbird versions enforce.

Nostalgy++/ Manage, search and archive emails

This is an excellent TB add-on and I consider it very hard to work without it.
Many thanks to the developer for all his work and ongoing development.
A (stupid) question here about the new search feature - how do I open the search++ tab? What keystroke or action is the one to give me access to this search?

An excellent addon for password integration with KeepassXC. Very well maintained. Big thanks to the developer!

CardBook

An excellent TB add-on, highly recommended for CardDAV server backend integration. I am looking at alternative add-ons and Thunderbid's built-in CardDAV support but this add-on still offers more functionality and never missed a beat for me.
Helps very much to make Thunderbird a business solution and very good alternative to Outlook.

Best implementation of CardDAV/vcard (i.e. using with a SOGo server backend in our situation). Very active and responsive developer.
Would love for this to be the standard Thunderbird address book!

FolderFlags

Rated 4 out of 5 stars

Have been using this as a very useful add on for a long time i.e for creating sub folder of Sent Items and associated Sent folder flags easily. Struggling to find a way to do so without the add on under TB 78 version.

A very well working replacement for DispMUA for TB version 68.
Great developer who added an icon for FairEmail very quickly. Very responsive. Thanks.

An excellent address book replacement tool with much more functionality. Perfect integration with CalDav & CardDav backends (we use SOGo & Nextcloud).
A very active and responsive maintainer. A perfect example of a quality add on.
Ha, I just realised that I wrote a review already in former times (I wondered). It deserves it :-)

Working very nicely here with latest Thunderbird version 60 (on Ubuntu Linux). A big Thank you for your work on this and contribution to Open Source that many others of us use.

Excellent management of all your contacts and their CardDAV integration. We use it with SOGo and it never missed a beat.

Using this add-on with Thunderbird on Linux client (Ubuntu) for several months now successfully with Sogo as the backend.
As much as I love what the Sogo solution offers, the Sogo connector was not always 100%.
This add-on has is doing a great job and I have not had any issue. There are still features that I need to understand better to fully utilize (i.e. expected date format [for Sogo], the priority how email addresses are shown) but I just need to find documentation to sort these.
A big Thank You to Philippe for this development!

Very good integrated, easy to use, nice work. Thank you for this.
I also use it as a great workaround for the "content type" bug.

SyncPlaces

Rated 5 out of 5 stars

This is an excellent add-on. As others pointed out, the author continues to develop and to add new features. The new 'profile' feature is excellent, allowing me to have separate bookmarks for work and for home.
Thanks for the great work!

Many Thanks for your effort to move on from the old version ...
We do not need so much a merge feature but for us it would be important to be able to select a folder in the Bookmarks toolbar to select for synchronisation (which the old add-on allowed to do). If you can look into that, this would be great. Thank!
