Minimize to tray "Instead of Close" option doesn't appear to be working in FF 23. Minimize to try works just fine. If you can this part working I will upgrade my rating to 5 stars. Thank you. :)

Good add-on,

Sometimes fails to minimize to tray after few days though (hibernating PC every night) - not a problem - fixed with restarting Thunderbird.

I wonder if you could add a keyboard shortcut (configurable) to call windows to/from Tray. Thanks a lot,

A good addon, does what it says it does. Also the most reliable addon for minimize to tray functionality.

But please also consider adding the following functions:
(1) Transparent windows
(2) Clickthrough windows
These two features will allow us to play a youtube video or read text on the bottom window while we continue our work or take notes on the top window
(3) Dock firefox window to the monitor edge. To be autorevealed or autohidden on moving the mouse cursor to the screen's edge.

I've let this run for 2 hours to FF18 while I went to town. I got back and it was still minimized. Maybe the problem is with the add-ons the other users have installed.

I have the same comment and problem as the previous reviewer, Knight Yoshi. In my case the problem is caused by a conflict with the "Memory Fox" add on. If I disable Memory Fox, MinTrayR works correctly on FF 17.0.1.

I think it would be more convenient for users if FF/TB could be opened from the Tray with a single, instead of double, click of the left mouse button. Alternatively, consideration could be given to using a single click of the middle mouse button to open FF/TB from the Tray.

Again an addon that should actually be a core feature of Thunderbird.

The only thing that is missing: Right mouseclick on icon in system tray >Get all messages. Would save many users a lot of time.

This is a good and useful addon!
But there is one bug.
We are use the addon in Tanderbird. Sometimes (when the Windows just started ) my relatives in a hurry clicked on the icon of the program several times.
Then there are appear several tray icons and program-windows.
To turn them off - addon to be removed.

Sorry for my English.

Rus:

This is an excellent extension.

It used to work for TB14 on my WindowsXP-SP3. However, the new mail icon (an envelope over the TB icon) in system tray does not occur any longer.
I do have a popup new mail notification.
Any idea?
