Such a wonderful add on but apparently, Firefox 50 broke it. I got it to work again by moving the icon to the toolbar but it broke again and I cannot get it to work again. It works great with Chrome.
Are e10s the end of this awesome add-on?

I love this addon. There is nothing similar to it! I am using it for a long time and I can't live without it on my daily browsing. :-) MUST HAVE together with the "Copy Plain Text 2"

I finally updated from Firefox 15 (yes, 15). AutoCopy wouldn't work although it was installed, updated, and enabled. The workaround can be found here: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/autocopy-2/reviews/644150/
Thanks very much to Cheung Tat Ming!

a life-changing extension.
The only issue I ever have with it is when I click to place the cursor in a field, and the field contents get selected, thereby picking up the fields content in the clipboard and loosing the prior clipboard content. (arg!)
This issue lies with how certain webpages handle field focus/cursor placement and does not reflect a problem with this extension.
If, however, if Mr Życzkowski could implement something like a stack-like 2-level copy buffer(*), that would be a great fix to this very occassional issue.
* i.e. when something is selected copied into the clipboard, then the current clipboard contents would get "pushed" into a "background" buffer. Some facility in AC2 would give the user the option to "pop" the current clipboard contents away, replacing them with whatever's in the "background" buffer.
In any case, this is a great extension as-is, and I really need to paypal Mr Z.

Great extension and when E10S is enabled it stops to copy the text to the clipboard. Please make it work with E10S.
Thank you in advance!

Anyone who doesn't work just uninstall the autocopy2 first, then close you firefox (it is close, not restart), and use notepad open the pref.js under you firefox profile folder, search "autocopy" and DELETE all setting inside, save and exit. reopen you firefox, install the autocopy2 again, WORK!
I believe it because you turn to AutoCopy2 from another AutoCopy extension (that one contain spyware!), workaround above is remove the conflict of preference setting.

Great addon, but only older version 1.2.8.4 working for me too! (FF 24 and even FF31)
This review is for a previous version of the add-on (1.2.9.1-signed.1-signed).With AC 2 1.2.9 installed go to add-on options, uncheck all options and restart Firefox. Now set options for AC 2.
