Unbelievable download speed on youtube...
Before flashgot - max 100kbps
After flashgot - 1.5 -2 Mbps
This app is really amazing and what'smore....i can pause download and restart later :)))

Although I'm not currently using this extension, it does help me a lot when I was using it with Flashget. Lately, I've switched to IDM, so no need for this as it has built-in FF plugin. A very helpful download manager extension.

Work like charm with Wget for Ubuntu and other gnome-linux desktops. It downloads anything, from images, to full youtube or any media related videos.

Kudos to the developer, thank you so much for this project.

It's pretty good in my experience, but I've found that sometimes it's easier to just view the source for a webpage and search for .swf then download it

Flashgot is the best tool for download videos,mp3 etc... and you can integrate your download manager to flashgot so it's easy to manage your downloads. Mostly i download the movies from it. 4.5 stars rating.

I agree with nobodyarounds comment it enables me to keep using free download manager when I update Firefox and their plugin / add-on isn't updated , but I use it anyway as-well because I love it and it always works so well if only all add-ons were as reliable as this one Firefox would totally kick google chromes ars ha ha ( I love and always use Firefox by the way ) Flashgot is one of my must have add-ons and as I said before it works so well free download manager and flashget ( I use both ) thank-you

Always great!

Even when the Free Download Manager lagged behind in its plugin development, Flashgot allowed me to keep using it.
