Will not do SFTP by itself - relies on piles open source libraries. Boo! Back to FileZilla...
This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.99.1).Actually Filezilla does the exact same thing...using the exact same library :)

Hi,
thanks for the upgrade.
I love FireFTP. Ever since I found it, I left all other FTP clients on my PC un-used.

One of the greatest FTP programs ever, quick and easy. If you are using FF3, try installing the dev version from the fireftp's site. Testing only makes things better.

This is the best ftp program I've used in a long time. I love it. The fact that there isn't a version for firefox 3 is the only thing keeping me on firefox 2.

I installed Firefox 3.0 Beta before I realized that I could not use FireFTP, so I uninstalled it and went back to 2.x. It is a wonderfully convenient and rapid way to update my Web pages.

This thing is awesome. It does everything I need and is rock solid. I just started using Firefox 3 (Beta 3)and, sadly, cannot use this wonderful extension anymore. I'm anxiously awaiting FireFTP support in FF 3!

I installed FireFTP, filled in my website ftp account information, and FireFTP made an immediate connection for me. Updating my website via ftp is 10 times faster and easier than logging onto the site and transferring files one at a time.

I tried this for a little while and I loved it! I'm able to browse YouTube while uploading a new index for a site! Thanks for this tool and I hope you quickly update it!

Love this addon. Saves me even having to use Filezilla, as it does some things better than the aforementioned program.
