Awesome, works great with Thunderbird 5. Great successor for the previous MinimizeToTray.

Thanks for the addon. This obvious functionality is supposed to be added to Thunderbird since Windows 95.

Please add functionality that the icon always stays in the tray, whatever you do.
Minimizetotray had this and I really like it that way. Thank you.

This add-on does exactly what it claims to do. I'm on Thunderbird 5.0 and had no issues. I agree with another reviewer here--this should be a part of the stock TB-build. One quick thing to keep in mind: Press F9 to minimize to tray.

So far, I'm rather impressed with this addon. I've been using TB-Tray for the longest time, and having yet another process running was kind of irritating but livable. Now that it's actually running from inside Thunerbird, I'm quite happy.

I would like to see it include options to have TB run and minimize upon windows startup though.

Awesome add on. Works great with firefox 5 and thunderbird 5. I've also run it with previous versions with no issues.

Now, when Plus addon stopped working i have switched to this and it works the same for me. But it would be great to have "minimize on startup" option too.

Thank you, thank you, thank you for making a version of minimize to tray that works with Thunderbird 5. was getting sick and tired of accidentally closing thunder bird after updating to Thunderbird 5.

Win 7 x64 Thunderbird 5.0
The add on is working like a charm. I'm glad it has been revived.
It is one of only 5 add ons I'm actually using. So, thank you.
Thank you very much. Your work is much appreciated!

Love this add-on. Plans for compatibility with FF 6 (Aurora)?

The only tray minimizer that does properly and unceremoniously what it is supposed to do. Thanks!

Did I review this already? My apologies. I've noticed a cool trick you can do with this add-on on Linux (which is probably a glitch). If one minimizes the window to the tray while in fullscreen, then restores it, they'll end up with a "windowed fullscreen mode", where the toolbars are automatically hidden by default, but the window has its normal border. Even if that wasn't the intended effect, I'd still like that bit kept in if at all possible.

It would be great, if the new mail alert notifications wouldn't vanish after 2 sec. If you could make a function in the options, to set the time for showing the new mail window. And a function, not to vanish untill you click on the window. I have got many e-mail accounts, and I can't catch what new mails come. THX!!!

Should have been built-in with FF, the *close to system tray* function is INDISPENSABLE.

Was looking for something like this since FF4 launched and MinimizeToTrayPlus didn't work anymore. Just one problem: on XP the context menu doesn't work. So it can't be closed while minimized :( Please fix this.
Thanks

Working with Ubuntu 11.04 Classic (Gnome) Desktop, but not working with Unity, the default UI in Ubuntu now. I don't know how hard it will be to fix, but hoping for an update soon! (PS, works on Windows 7 x64 great)
