The add-on installed ok in a German Thunderbird 68.3.1 (64 bit) on macOS 10.15.2 (Catalina) and it does change the reply header. However, I cannot find any settings dialog for customising the header layout/info. The "Add-on Preferences" list in the "Tools" menu is empty!

It does not working correctly over Thunderbird 68.3.1 (64-bit) on Mac OS 10.11.6 (El Captain). The error message on debug console shows:

ReferenceError: getIdentityForServer is not defined

I have fixed the issue in the next version 1.2.

Looks good at Thunderbird 68.3.0 (32bit), thanks for developing these feature!
