Popup border, sidebar border, toolbar field borders and separators were colored from black to gray in white theme,
because border and separator color in white theme was very thick.

2. Application strict max version was deleted.
3. Three themes have been changed after version 105.0.

This is a theme with white frames from default theme.
So it is most white.
As result of test, white is fascinating without eye fatigue.
Also, a button Switch White is changeable with default theme.
