Changed options dialog to behave like OSX dialogs on both Windows & OSX. There is no 'OK' and Cancel buttons, changes take effect and are saved immediately.

Support for downloading Flash video from more sites! Links to download are added to a toolbar button at the top of the screen.

Added new 'clipper' feature, allowing the user to trim off the beginning of a download by pausing the video, clicking the scissors icon and then clicking the download link.
Added clipper support for all file types since the last 2.2 RC.
Moved files out of the jar file as jar support may be going away.
Renamed some files to match my naming scheme.
Removed old, unused code paths from the main javascript. These paths are no longer needed due to changes on youtube.com
