This add-on works great. I had a problem where it stopped remembering my cert, but I posted a comment and got an answer from the author that fixed it (solution was to uninstall and re-install add-on).

Installed ver 1.4.3 and it got rid of the annoying little click I had to do each time I went into a interal custom server. I also use Roboform so now my login to the site works seamlessly. Thank you for creating this!

This should be included in the default Thunderbird package. As more webhosts, provide SSL connections to email this add-on will be essential.

For the vast majority of Thunderbird users out there, this extension is useless.
However, those of us in the minority find it a Godsend.
OK, "Godsend" is a bit of a stretch but it's a damn nice little extension. :).
It comes in very handy (especially if your mail is on a host that has multiple domains - e.g. most webhosting companies).
The "mismatched" notice was getting old. But thanks to this extension, it's toast. :D

For those who have to work with invalid certificates on a daily basis this extension is heaven sent. The only question is, why doesn't Firefox have this option by default?

This is a great extension! The upgrade in security to Yahoo mail accounts causes a certificate error when the server "blah.blah.att.com" instead of the expected "blah.blah.sbc.com". This extension allows you to specify any number of synonyms for a certificate name and avoid the problem of constantly having to click on the button allowing Thunderbird to establish SSL connection with a server not presenting the expected (old) name. Now that Yahoo is requiring SSL for email I expect this to become a TOP RANKED extension. Thank you for making it!
