I've used this for a long time and it puts a terrific face on Thunderbird. Also, I changed the 'max version' to 38 and it works fine for me in version 37. I hope this addon works forever so I made a $$$ contribution. Maybe if more do, we can ensure that it continues. Thanks for making this for us.

Hi David. Thank you for your contribution. I'm still maintaining this theme however lack of time prevents me from supporting future (not latests stable) versions. As you see latest stable version is 31.3.0 so thats why v37 is not officially supported yet - I don't have time to test it. But thanks for your feedback. I'm happy that it's working for you - it means that I will not have lot of work when v37 comes.

First Impression:
Awesome theme. It's not perfect, but it's very close. My Thunderbird looks 50 times better now. I was using the default theme before I installed this one.

Suggestions for Improvement:
The same shade of blue from the default theme is probably a better colour to use for folders with new mail instead of red, and the bottom of the spell checker could use some more room below the Stop and Send buttons. They are currently touching the border.

Last Words:
Despite the minor imperfections, this theme will be tough to beat. And that deserves a donation. I haven't seen a better looking theme than this one. Thanks for making it!

Excelent although I´d rather prefer RSS channels in blue instead of red.

Nice to see a new theme! I use it as my daily theme at the moment. It would be really nice if we could choose between silver/black and bleu theme.........:)

Very nice theme, however I'm facing a strange bug.
After a right click on a sent message, the menu that appear is missing the "Forward" and "Edit as New" items. The space is there but it's a blank space ! I've checked this on 2 computers running Win 7 Pro version, the problem is the same on both. Other themes such the Nautipolis doesn't have that problem.

I was using this in TB 17. When I upgraded to 24.0.1, I upgraded this plugin along with it. I noticed that button text does not fit inside buttons - most notibly in the add-ons manager (text in add-ons manager is too large). Author didn't specify how exactly to report bugs. No pointer to email address and no product in bugzilla that I can tell (and if I chose plugins, how will this author see it?), so putting the bugs here. I'd like to send screenshots somewhere, so let me know where I should send them. Thanks for a great plugin!

Hi Don, It's really weird. Nobody before haven't reported such bugs. I would be glad if you make some screenshots of this bugs and send it to pohybel_wp@wp.pl? I can't confirm none of them. Have you tried to disable some of your other plugins and check if it still occurs?

By far this is my favorite theme. I noticed there were some changes to the 24.0 release, small subtle, and simple, not over the top frills. Perfect for a work environment that I use it for.
As of the date of this review, there are some small sizing issues that I'm sure will get ironed out with a couple of releases not really worth mentioning, but this is great.

Version 2.24.x has been created from scratch so probably it contains lots of bugs which probably I do not know. Theme could be presented differently on different OS, but unfortunately I have access only to WinXP Win7 and Linux. I would be appreciated if you make some screenshots and mark bugs on them. I will fix them with the next releases.

Since yesterday I now only have a black oblong in place of the buttons in top right, still work okay, just cant see them...

Hi Richard, It has been fixed and new version has been submitted to Mozilla. Now it's in verification queue and it should be available in few hours.

Till then you may apply workaround:go to Preferences->Advanced tab->(button) Settings editor->type: "mail.tabs.drawInTitlebar" and set its value to "false"

I wasn't aware Tbird 24.0 was not officially released - I understand the problems involved. My previous post was not properly stated. I am a fan of this theme and want to give it the highest rating. Also to contribute to the author. Thanks.

Just what I've been looking for! A clean theme that uses actual color (other than black or grey) and that employs smooth color gradients for a simple, yet beautiful, 3D effect that isn't obtrusive!

Any chance of making variants using the other colors from the original Outlook 2003 themes? I believe that, in addition to blue, that one also had green and silver varieties.

Edit: I'm not using RSS feeds, but near as I can tell, this IS now working with TB 17.0 Everything else is working perfectly.

Sorry, I'm not planning to create other color schemes for my theme, but I'm considering create some configurator for it. To be honest right now just lack of time prevents me from this.

Great theme, unfortunately doesn't work with TB17.0 (Hint, RSS feeds only download headers and not bodies)

Update for thunderbird 17 have been already submitted to Mozilla, however it stuck in revision queue. Please be patient. It should be available for everyone in one day or two.

RSS feeds have been fixed in this release.
