I am a full time student working on my Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration at Ashford University - Forbes Business School. I am a wife of 13 years, who has struggled with obesity for the past twenty years. I enjoy reading, writing short stories, blogging and taking paid surveys. I love animals especially horses. I started this site to share more about myself and the things I enjoy including my new diet plan I've developed after several different diets, counting calories, and dieting gimicks. I'm calling it Fit & Healthy because I will be using Aldi's Fit & Active and ConAgra's Healthy Choice brands, along with fruits & vegetables.
