I really miss this and cannot find anything else similar please, if you can, I would be really grateful if you would update this for Firefox 3.6. Thank you in hopeful anticipation.

This is fabulous. I love the graphics for the moon and sun...not just mere colored circles, but actually shows the surface color variations. Because of the reviews that say it doesn't work with 3.6, I will not upgrade yet. This is a good enough add-on that I would be willing to make a contribution. (I have only done that for one other download--one that reverts to the old style anti-awesome bar.) Once you come out with a version that works on the new firefox, I will be glad to donate.

I use this add-on as a quick reference for my cycling times especially at this time of year - PLEASE update to Firefox 3.6 !!!!

Great add-on, I really like it.
Unfortunately it's not yet running with firefox 3.6 ... :-(
A nice feature would be the display of the sun's angle of incidence.

I've enjoyed this add-on for a long time and I have written the developer to urge him to update this GREAT utility for v. 3.6
Perhaps a flood of appeals from satisfied users will encourage him to make the effort.

Need the .xpi file to update. I'm running Firefox on a Cruzer drive and don't have to file for download. It just wants to automatically install.

for firefox 3.6 try this:
open the .xpi file as a .zip file (e.g. by renaming the file) and open 'install.rdf'. update the entry max version to 'em:maxVersion="3.6" '. save the file and rename it back to .xpi and install.
et voilà, works fine.

AWESOME add-on, as my wife's both a gardener and a star-gazer.
ONE PROBLEM, however, seems to be that this version of Sun Cult is incompatible with Firefox 3.5.7 (the current public release).

Bravo! As someone who observes the Equinoxes, Solstices and Moon Phases as part of my spiritual path, I've been looking EVERYwhere on the web for an open-source, Linux-compatible, browser-based moon-phase tracker, and I found it right here--with solar info to boot! I give the developer four stars just for coming up with the idea and the last (fifth) star for making it available for us Linux-based FireFox users! Bravo, again! :-D
