Cool!!!!!! I searched so much add-on, from Wired-Marker to Highlighter but only Dog Ears do exactly what I want.

And this add-on is not abadoned at all, the author updated it on Homepage, get it here: http://yellow5.us/firefox/dogears/

Comfirmed by me, it even work on Firefox 10.0 Alpha 1 without any problem.

Again, yet more people who apparently can't read.

Don't report your suspected bugs here, but directly to the author.

As to the dog ears "standing out more", they aren't intended to be found visually. Jump to the mark.

This works well; my only complaint is that it uses only numbers and they're often hard to see in a page. I'd like to see images as DogEars rather than just numbers, as I think they'd stand out more.

When you add a second "dog ear," the first one disappears!

Great!
The show/hide sidebar shorcut Ctrl+Shift+D is the same as firefox's add all tag in bookmark, please change it to other.

This extension is potentially really useful, but the hard-coded keyboard shortcuts are really annoying and they conflict with other extensions that I am using (making DogEars totaly unusable for me).

It would be much better if the user could specify their own keyboard shortcuts.

nice extesion!

I have few suggestions of making it even better =)
1 - mark dog-ears with sone smart image, not with dull digits... especially because re-numeration of dog ears is not supported when I somу of them are deleted, and it makes a mess.
2 - make the dog ear icon in status bar sensitive to dog ears at current page. for examle, icon is colored if there is at least one dog ear at the page, and grey, if there is not.
thank you!

I miss using Dog Ears since it is not compatible with FF3. Any chance of it being updated soon?
