Filter on Folder Button

Rated 4 out of 5 stars

Works. :-) (edit: TB102/mac)

But the icons of the buttons are confusing. 'Filter on Folder' shows a *document* behind the folder, and what is on 'Filter on Message' looks more like an icon for 'Clipboard' than a text document aka message.

Also, make the icon background transparent. Without, it will look ugly in every theme that has not a black background for the toolbar.

Start with Inbox

Rated 3 out of 5 stars

Great idea!

Would be nice to have it work on folders of Local Folders (FF102/macOS it does not).

Also, for those of us who filter on incoming and who start work with mails in folders other than inbox, it would be great to be able to select *any* folder, including virtual folders.

Great tool but I had the same problem as dbstraffin on March 6, 2020. Same solution.

Thx, dbstraffin for figuring that out!

Colored Folders

Not compatible to Thunderbird 68.*
Please keep maintaining Colored Folders -- then it's worth all 5 stars!

...especially in combination with Automatic Save Folder.

Extension List Dumper 2

Rated 4 out of 5 stars

This tool is nice to get a list of extensions for troubleshooting.

An export in tab-delimited text format would make enhance its use by allowing to import very fast (copy-paste) into a spreadsheet -- for easy sorting (e.g. by installation or last update) and especially for marking dis-/enabled in tests and noting the results of each test.

CSV requires the save-to-file-then-import path. Copy-paste CSV imports every entry into one cell (Excel) or doesn't work (LibreOffice).

Just copy-paste would make a smooth workflow for testing add-on compatibility, where save-then-import quickly becomes a real PITA.

Extension List Dumper 2

Rated 4 out of 5 stars

I find this add-on very useful, although there is room for improvement (and room for one more star). :-))

It is a great convenience to see as much as possible of the add-on list at a glance it would be great to have the list enlarged to maximum possible. Please consider moving the Show area and the buttons to the side of the list, so that it can get the full height of the window.

Also, remembering window size & position would be a nice luxury. :-)

Finally, how about a Sort By feature, with several levels of sorting, for example (the lines only serve to prevent collapsing multiple spaces in the text):
SORT––– first by––then by––then by
Name––––––––––––––X––––––––––––
Type––––––––––––––––––––––––––––
Status–––––X––––––––––––––––––––
ID––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––
Date––––––––––––––––––––––––––––
etc.–––––––––––––––––––––––––––––

Thanks for making this great little tool!

FastPrevNext

Rated 3 out of 5 stars

For urls encoding dates it should detect that a date is present and count up accordingly. Example: After
myexample.com/dailyentry/2015/07/31 it should not try to load
myexample.com/dailyentry/2015/07/32 but
myexample.com/dailyentry/2015/08/01.

Similar for the most frequently used date formats. It might be necessary to have an option to set site-specific preferences, to set the date format (or any other format, should be easy to add once the date is done) once per site.

YesScript

Rated 3 out of 5 stars

It does block scripts form complete domains nicely, but lacks the feature to block on specific *pages* but not others of the same site.

Simply allowing to match more elements of the path would be a very easy to implement solution. Then we could block scripts on, e.g., https://www.google.com/search? while allowing them on https://www.google.com/maps/ .

Even better would be the use of regular expressions.

Calendar Tweaks

Now you can tweak the colors to your hearts' desire and see the outcome in the open calendar without leaving the prefs window -- just click 'Apply'.

Calendar Tweaks

Rated 3 out of 5 stars

A good add-on to have. For a more intuitive setting (and for those whose Englisch is not so good), please add an "Apply" button to the settings window so we can see and test what we are setting. Also a menu entry to access Calendar Tweaks while the Calendar is open would be nice.
