From my experience one of the biggest issues of the Android platform (and especially the Google Market for apps) is to find high-quality apps beyond the Top 10 lists. The smartappfinder plugin is a very convenient way to find just these apps. Works great for me.
To create your own collections, you must have a Mozilla Add-ons account.
