Hi,
would it be possible to make this add-on available for Seamonkey (by default) as well?
My Antispam Software declares sometimes Emails als [Spam], but it isn't. Therefore I would be happy to have a possibility to remove this. But I use Seamonkey and not Thunderbird.
And I agree Michael36, this add-on (feature) should be Standard in Thunderbird or Seamonkey!

In common with some other reviewers I need to edit the header of the IMAP email so that the change to the subject appears to other users and/or mail clients. I can do this by turning off the "Local Only" option, however it then creates a copy of the email with the new subject ... and doesn't delete the original.

I'm not exactly sure what this does, but is there a way to change it in the original sent email subject header? I hate when people change the subject in a thread of emails. I wish I could change it ot organize them. Thanks.

This add-on is a great addition to Thunderbird. I wished it were ported into the default builds (see bug 91106).
The only thing I would like improved is the confusing Option for "[x] Only local changes (for IMAP)". It mentions "local" and "IMAP *together*, but the help text mentions "local TB database" and "IMAP compatible" as two SEPARATE and seemingly opposing options. I find that seeming contradiction confusing. A less confusing and more elaborate explanation for novices would be VERY useful. Five stars if this issue were improved.
Anyhow, thanks for this great add-on.

Erstaunlich, dass diese Funktionalität nicht standardmässig eingebaut ist.

Simple but cool extension! May I ask you to add one option. When subject of received email is empty, this addon set some text predefined by user. Anyway, great job!

Brilliantly simple, and solves one of the most annoying aspects of email correspondence: receiving an email message with a subject that does not match. Nice work!

This is stupendous! I always wanted this! This is for version 2.02. Just FYI for y'all - this only changes the subject of the message in the main message pane. If you look at the subject in the header bar of the message, it is unchanged - which is good, because it reflects to you what the sender named it. However, there should be an option to perform this step as well. Also, in an english-reading browser, the "about addon" link in the addons window links to the french not the english - this should be fixed.

This is my favorite new add-on. As part of my responsibilities at work, I managing and organizing the sales leads that come into our office. This add on allows me to quickly change the subject line with out having to "edit as new" and resend it to myself. It is quite the time saver!

This is a great addon ! Woud it be possible to add a new feature : when I receive new message with empty subject, I would like an automatic input box which would popup so that I can immediately enter a subject to this message

I'm so pleased to have found this extension. I can't imagine how anyone can manage e-mails properly without this capability. Now at last I can ditch the old extension I've been using, and upgrade my TB.It is so eay to use, too.

This add-on is adding most needed functionality fro Thunderbird. Especially useful, when archiving e-mails in corporate environment. Even better would be to have Add-on which could change IMAP date/time-received - This would be ground breaking!
