Sorry because of bug reporting here...
It does not work in Earlybird 36. After "set expire date to" and some seconds the flag disappears. Errors are:

Remove Duplicate Messages

It does not work with Thunderbird 29.0a2.
Folder -> Remove Duplicates...

Not searching special folders.
