seid ihr zu faul um contact siedebar an den neusten thunderbird anzupassen. war ein gutes adon.wieso zwingt ihr einen 1 stern zu geben das hat keinen stern verdient.habe hier viele bewertungen gelesen aber nicht ein anbtwort.das verdient 10 sterne mit einem minus davor

I just installed thunderbird and now I am a first time user. Very nice but no contacts sidebar??? Never mind an add-on, it should be included in the base product!!!

lo admite en el 30! y le doy todas las oportunidades antes que a Kontact. Me quedaré con thunderbird pero sin los addons, que a estos les falta un empujón bueno para aprovechar el parón de thunderbird....

uncompilable with the newest version, hopefully the programer will update soon. for now 1 start until you fix this do to being unhappy I can't use it.

Date today 02-10-2013 does NOT work with the Latest Version of Thunderbird 17.0.2.. If anyone as a FIX for this Issue please post...Thanks Guys :)P.S in the Mean Time you may want to Watch the Link i posted to my YouTube.. it will help

I updated automatically to 17 today and tried to install Contacts via the automatic install. This did not work. So I installed it by going to the dev site, downloading it from there and then using the TB instal from file option.
I am using TB 17 now with Lightening and the Silver Mel theme. Contacts side bar looks beautiful in this set up and it is working perfectly.

Current releases can be found on the homepage. Version 1.7pre is compatible with Thunderbird 16.

Btw the check mark in the View|Layout menu is still inverted. It should be checked when the sidebar is visible, not when it's hidden.

This is definately a must have for anyone with ldap addresbooks!

Although, it has become less useful in the new releases now that the autopopulate ldap addressbooks has stopped working.
