I run 3.5.6 with (among lots of other add-ons) 'Tiny Menu' and a toolbar button to 'Toggle the Bookmark Toolbar.' This newbie interacts very well with those, which I thought would conflict.
Impressive.
One thing I'd like added: Hide Menubar's very own toolbar button that would mimic the action of pressing Alt.

1. Type about:config in your address bar.
2. Search for hidemenubar.autohide setting
3. Set it to false.

Didn't like it, did an un-install... menu remained hidden and now I have to use it!!
I would appriciate some help in removing the add-on and getting my menu back?? So it shows again.. Help!

I liked it when it worked for me. I haven't yet figured out why it does nothing, when I install it now. I use to have it before, but ever since it's been updated, it doesn't work. It still shows the menu as if I didn't install this at all.

Excellent add-on. It does exactly what it say - hides the menu bar - with no bloat.
It works extremely smoothly and the UI is very intuitive.

Works as advertised. It's kind of fidgety though: when you mouse over and then mouse out of the menu bar, it immediately disappears. I would prefer if it stayed for a moment so it doesn't disappear when I'm trying to use it. It should only disappear if I mouse out and don't mouse over again for X seconds.

I LOVE this addon! Without the toolbar taking up my screen space I'm much happier.I love the easy way to make the toolbar re appear. Press one key! "ALT" Thank you for making this.
I wish I could choose more bars to hide, now that would be perfect!

Why not hide the title bar as well??
And auto hide the links bar too?
This works well. How about options to autohide the whole browser? So every page went full screen?
