Édito : Marche super bien, Philippe a corrigé l'erreur dans les jours qui suivent mon commentaire. Un grand merci. :)

A chaque démarrage Cardbook redemande le mot de passe de mon carnet d'adresse CardDAV.
J'ai essayé sur linux et windows, et ce avec avec deux comptes CardDav différents.

Le message c'est :
"Saisissez le mot de passe pour ****.******@*****.com sur https://*********/addressbooks/***********/96efef44-d006-47b6-8beee-9d4b4854d084/
"

J'ai essayé de supprimer et de remettre le carnet d'adresses en mettant l'adresse complète, mais ça ne change rien.

Works fine, has a lot of well thought out features, syncing with nextcloud per carddav works without problems as well!

Why, as of this writing on 2022-10-25, the add-on page indicates that CardBook add-on "Works with Thunderbird 91.0a1 - 91.*" only? Thunderbird is on version 102.4.0!

Curiously, if one clicks on "View other versions" there he can see an "old" version 82.9 released on October 14th that works with "Works with Thunderbird 102.0a1 - 102.*"!

Can the developer please clarify the status of this add-on! It suddenly disappeared from my add-ons when Thunderbird updated itself on my Windows 10 machine.

that's Thunderbird stuff, sorry I can't handle this.

to clarify :
CardBook 76*+ is available for Thunderbird 91*+
CardBook 82*+ is available for Thunderbird 102*+

both available from the "Add-on Manager" tab within Thunderbird, "Recommendations" pane.

Bonjour,
J'apprécie beaucoup ce plugin qui me permet de mettre à jour mes carnets d'adresses sur icloud et Google. Mais depuis la version 102.3.0 j'ai un problème d'affichage des colonnes Expéditeurs, Destinataires et Correspondants dans l'affichage de la liste des mails.
Y a-t-il un moyen de rétablir la situation ?

Successfully retrieved my Gmail contacts, but not my O365 business contacts. I did manage to import those into CardBook through DavMail as a Carddav address book.
It would be fantastic if I could connect to O365 Business and also to download exchange teams as categories.

Un grand merci à Philippe pour l'aide personnalisée qu'il m'a apportée en janvier -février 2022 pour que je réussisse à utiliser le module. Quand Cardbook fonctionne c'est OK, carbook est très performant. mais pour que Cardbook fonctionne, c'est compliqué. Si je ne pense pas à la désactiver avant de fermer Thunderbird, Thunderbird met des heures à devenir fonctionnel après ouverture. Et la chose à faire est de désactiver Cardbook, dans un TYhunderbird très très ralenti. Donc la procédure : désactiver Caadbook avant fermeture (dure à ne pas oublier), ouvrir Thunderbird, travailler tranquillement durant 1h , activer Cardbook, et là tout vas bien.

argl, mais c'est pas possible de fonctionner comme ça !... normalement il ne devrait y avoir aucun problème... est ce que vous avez mis a jour CardBook vers les dernières versions ? est ce que vous avez des erreurs dans la console de Thunderbird au demarrage (CTRL+SHIFt+J) ? solution ultime : essayez d'utiliser un nouveau profil Thunderbird (thunderbird.exe -p)

Although (Microsoft's) canonical phone address

+ CountryCode Space [(AreaCode) Space] SubscriberNumber ...

shouldn't be marked as invalid format ;-)

After endless frustration with TbSync, I finally switched to CardBook. As part of the process I had to manually resolve a lot of duplicates, but ended up with seamless integration between Thunderbird, Google Contacts and my phone. If you are prepared to put in a little effort to clean up your contacts, this is a great add-on.

An excellent TB add-on, highly recommended for CardDAV server backend integration. I am looking at alternative add-ons and Thunderbid's built-in CardDAV support but this add-on still offers more functionality and never missed a beat for me.
Helps very much to make Thunderbird a business solution and very good alternative to Outlook.

Seems to be a problem with LDAP and CardBook when using TB 91.6.2 and CardBook 73.7
Otherwise a great addon.

This is the best addon for addressbook, but it doesn't work under ThunderBird 98. Please, update for one.

Essa é a melhor extensão para manter o backup dos seus contato sincronizando com a Google Agenda. A única coisa para verificar é quando estou rolando para ver os contatos ele simplesmente está retornando para o início. Isso me obriga a ter que abrir o Google Contacts para conseguir ver todos os contatos presentes. Outra coisa é que ele está frequentemente informando conflito de contato em um grupo que criei. Isso ocorre toda vez que abro o Thunderbird.

Provavelmente é um bug, mas fora isso está tudo perfeito.

This review is for version 73.3 on Thunderbird 91.4.1. This add-on works so much better than Thunderbird's built-in address book for the accounts that I connect to. Especially for connecting to my work's Office 365 account.

Komme sehr gut damit zurecht. Synchronisiere die Daten auf dem NAS mit meinem Android-Phone automatisch.
Mein Wunsch: Beim Öffnen des Tabs Schreibcursor im Suchfeld! My wish: When opening Cardbook-tab cursor is in the search field! Thanks.
