Very good theme but the bold white font for unread emails is very easy to go unnoticed w.r.t the standard white... maybe another color (cyan?) could do the trick.

Attachment icon black on dark background is terrible. Message pane fonts black on dar background again. GUI needs to improve.

Amazing theme.
As far as I can tell this is one of the few themes that gives you a proper minimalist feeling combined with a dark colour palette and a very well implemented spacing between the rows of the email listing main window, greatly improving Thunderbird readability. Amazing job, big thanks to the developer!

Thank you for bringing Monterail again to live! The only complain is the one mentioned by other reviewer, I have white font on white background in some parts of hamburger menu.

It looks great for Thunderbird mail client. I like the space in the e-Mail list.
But in Lightning / calendar the calendar view is full black. Nothing to see of the lines or the cursor. The appointments itselfs are visible. But anyway the navigation is not usable with this theme.
My wishes
- implementation for Lightning
- the mail body itselfs is still white. Nice would be a dark mode here also.

The idea here is 5-star: A good black theme. Much appreciation for the work, but it messes with the fonts way too much. Perhaps a different version is needed that simply changes the colors and leaves the fonts (including line spacing) alone. Deleted three lines in root.css to get default fonts back, but no time now to restore line spacing, will mess with later. If color-only pkg is released, please post!
EDIT
Changing to 5-stars. Found line spacings dependent on variables also set in root.css, knocked down to 20px default, and everything looks great. For any who want to do the same, the two lines are:
--message-list-row-height: 20px;
--folder-tree-row-height : 20px;
Many thanks for a great extension!

The style and colour palette work very well. Sadly I find the information in the inbox (that lists date, sender, subject, etc...) hard to read because of the font. It would be awesome if the default font could be changed to something like Roboto or even if I could change the font myself (I am NOT talking about the font settings for e-mail replies, but the default inbox overview / menu font).
EDIT : thank you for your reply. I changed to +1 star, because still I think the font should be more readable (Roboto, Palatino,... I would recommend, but it's your choice). I changed the font via CSS now to my custom liking. Thank you again for this great theme, good job!
Hi, the font can be changed by editing the skin/root.css file on row 6. If you need futher help, feel free to open an issue on the GitHub page
