ollama pull gpt-oss:20b) - Thunderbird 81 or newer
- Install the extension and open its settings
- Choose your engine (Ollama / LM Studio / custom API), test the connection, and select a model
- Open any email and click the LLM Assistant button in the message toolbar
- Choose Summarize or Prepare reply
- Copy the result or open it directly as a reply draft
