Like the previous two reviewers, I was having problems with sending of emails not working when the add-on was enabled (Thunderbird 149.0.1 (64-bit) Portable Apps version). Updated add-on to v4.4 and all OK again.
Theme Font & Size Changer (fixed)

Extremely useful add-on fixes a major flaw in Thunderbird, namely the ability to change the font size. Thanks Bzzz for keeping this working and fixing the glitches that occur from time to time. Please don't stop - some of us appreciate your work!
