No spanner Icon to activate the extension (98.1.0) any more? How do you run the extension?

Recently, with this (useful) extension, the automatic retrieval of emails AT THE FIRST START of Thunderbird no longer works. Only deactivation makes the first retrieval problem-free again.
Since it's been happening recently, could it be due to an update to Thunderbird? But without this extension everything works. So it remains disabled.

Bon jour,
ce module fonctionne "à peu près". mais il génère des fichiers .eml dans un sous répertoire appelé "messages". il faut recopier manuellement les messages dans la racine. De plus l'arborescence des courrier est perdue.
On récupère, mais c'est fastidieux.

Happy Halloween! It was spooky needing to import a 10GB-ish .MBOX and not be able to install this plugin to then import to Outlook (Thought Outlook would be the problem). Currently marked as compatible with v91-94, however just installed a fresh 91.2.1 and can't add it through the Add-ons page search results or manually trying to install. Until it actually works with said version (which is the latest available from the Thunderbird website) I'll have to give this extension one star.

still unable to load it. Firefox refuses to run install as its "not certified". v11 release notes still refer to it as v10.0.2. T/bird extensions frame says v11 not compatible with tb91

Tested on Thunderbird 91.1.2 using beta release v10.1.0-b8. Export to EML worked very well. Thank you for this excellent add-on.

Tested on Thunderbird 93.0b3 using the beta release. Worked great! Thanks for the great plugin. Makes importing messages from Google Vault much easier.

Ein super Tool. Ich wechsle erst auf TB 91, wenn dieses Add-On kompatibel ist, oder es eine Alternative gibt.

Any projection about an upgrade compatible with Thunderbird 91 and above?
This is one of the addons I wouldn't want to move forward without it.

Was working fine, but probably thanks to this Thunderbird stopped automatically filtering spam. After I removed the addon it started filtering spam correctly.

Hello, i don't know if here is the correct place to write my question.
I'm Nikolaos from Greece.
I would like to export my mails to csv with this add-ons but when i open the file, i see some strange symbols and not the Greek language. When i export them as pdf or a simple txt, they are right.
Why does it happens?Please could you help me to find a solution?

Nach langer Suche nach einer für mich annehbarer Lösung für dauerhafte und übersichtliche Archivierung meiner Emails, fand ich Add-on zu ThB (64 bit), was
wahlweise Export als Text-, PDF- und HTML-file ermöglicht, letzter geht sogar mit Anhängen und Index !

Found this really useful after Microsoft stopped supporting Windows Live Mail and then that program stopped working altogether a week ago. Helped me with the transfer of over 5000 emails with many dupes. Thumbs up!

Hope you read this, I have a question. I have two separate profiles and I want to merge them. Your import does not import Thunderbird emails and folders, correct? So first I have to export from one profile to eml files and then import to the other? Do I export to one directory or one file?
Will this keeps all the emails in the correct folders? If there are two folders with same name does it just combine into one?

Superb , the only prob I found was when importing from windows to linux (I suspect transferring from one windows to another would have the same issue?) The inboxes (I have four email accounts) weren't imported, amazing considering that the sub folders and their messages were imported perfectly!!!!
