This old add-on still works with TB60.0b3 on Windows. Since the add-on only claims compatibility up to TB31, I did need to set extensions.strictCompatibility to False.

There is a preview, but the actual print never comes out like the preview. It should be clearly stated that this addon is for Windows only.

Conceptually, just what I needed. Unfortunately, no longer works on Mac. There's a button but, as the print preview function just isn't in the Mac version, "no bueno".
I'd prefer not to give a "star" rating as this probably works on Windows but Mozilla won't permit that.

Nice addon for adding print preview button to toolbar. It would be nice if it had an option to replace Ctrl+P shortcut to Print Preview.

Finally, "print preview" for Thunderbird on the Mac! Works perfectly. Also works fine on Windows. Can be used for Firefox, as well.

Seems to be working with Firefox 29.0.1. (A different add-on with the same purpose did not seem to be working.)
The Mozilla folks really ought to have included this in the base product.
