Great addon, but with the new v45 thunderbird, it does not work anymore.

[EDIT] TBv45 - works fine. It was my false [PDF extension on exclude list]. Sorry TrVTrV!

I do not have any problem with TBv45.
Could please follow debug procedure and contact me at contact email please?
