The experience in Hebrew is pretty poor especially with all regarding to text and UI alignment.
When trying to write an email the text directionality is LTR and there is no way to change it.
Buttons and other UI elements, even though translated to Hebrew and align in some way to RTL still aligned in other ways to LTR (i.e text and icons inside a button.
Meanwhile Buttons and UI elements that are not translated appear in English but aligned in some ways to RTL and it causes the same problem i described above.
Overall - Thunderbird still doesn't give a good UI experience for Hebrew, and i guess for other RTL languages also, like Arabic etc. They still haven't learned the solution that the inner alignment and directionality should depend on the language of the inner text, not assuming that a Hebrew UI have everything in it in Hebrew.

It seems to be broken as it does nothing Hebrew writing is skewed compared to all other symbols.
please fix as it used to work pretty well on old versions.

Installed it; no difference from before. English and Hebrew words don't integrate together in a sentence.
