Edit As New

I could not find any "Edit As New" button implemented in TB 2.0.0.23, so I added it using this addon. It works well for me with MicroThunderbird theme from https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/thunderbird/addon/1657
To create your own collections, you must have a Mozilla Add-ons account.
