Works with Thunderbird 38.1.0
I just had to change
<!-- Thunderbird -->
..
<em:maxVersion>3.0.*</em:maxVersion>
to
<em:maxVersion>39.0.*</em:maxVersion>
in install.rdf
Works fine
To create your own collections, you must have a Mozilla Add-ons account.
