Needs some work with toolbar icons still (specifically extensions), but overall I like it. Perhaps adding some gradient or color to the message headers background would look better.

You can change/add/delete categories by going to:
Tools (menu) > Preferences > Lightning (tab) > Categories (tab).
To create your own collections, you must have a Mozilla Add-ons account.
