This is an essential tool for me in rapidly replying to queries and emails using templates made from previous replies that took some time to initially think through and compose. Now I simply personalise and make any needed change to the basic reply. Such a time saver and the work done on the initial mail is able to be reused.
This review is for a previous version of the add-on (4.1).To create your own collections, you must have a Mozilla Add-ons account.
