Add adressbook button to "mode toolbar" (requires lightning extention)

how-to install:

1) install thunderbird 2.0.x.x (http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/thunderbird/)
2) install lightning extention version 0.9 (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/thunderbird/addon/2313)
3) install abimtb extention (this site)
4) right click on toolbar "Mode"( 3 icons on left down) , select customize, drag&drop "Adress Book" icon into toolbar white area.
5) pres OK
6) enjoy
