A simple add-on for extension testers, especially AMO editors and developers who plan to submit their add-ons to AMO.
Togglify Add-on Toggler
Adds toolbar buttons for each restartless add-on (including user scripts and plugins) to toggle its enabled state.

Urgh. AdBlock Plus with some tracking garbage added to it. If you want ABP without the whitelisting, just get ABP and turn off the whitelisting.

I can't speak for the end product, but the code is appallingly complex for the described feature set. It's not suitable for my own purposes, and I don't think I would trust it for daily use.
