OutlookAlike applies an Outlook (2010) like Look and Feel to Thunderbird. At the moment it's an early beta version.
Hint: If your menubar should look like the one on the screenshot you need to disable the standard menubar in Thunderbird (right click the menubar -> disable "Menu Bar"). Also you should select "Icons beside Text" and "Use Small Icons" in the customisation menu (right click the menubar -> "Customize ...".
Known bugs / planed features:
- adapt the look and feel to more windows (New Message, Adressbook)
- better integration of Ligthning
- translations to more languages (feel free to send me translations)
- dynamic menubar, coresponding to window size (like the "original")
