Samlarens anteckning This thing gives you total control over your downloads. It includes checksum verification features for those sites that actually provide one for their files. It has the dTA One-Click feature so you can set a folder you always download to, then download items in very little time. Then there's the customization of active downloads, file segments, and concurrent server connections. When used properly, you can get some extreme download speeds.

Samlarens anteckning For those of you daring enough to modify the about:config settings (LOG EVERYTHING YOU DO - I HAVE LEARNED FROM PERSONAL EXPERIENCE). This gives you some basic descriptions of some of the settings in the about:config page. While not always the most useful, I'm now shooting in a semi-lit room rather than in the dark.
