I have one site that emails me things that I must then open in a browser. I tried thunderbrowse but it does not seem to have a whitelist/blacklist function whereby I can specify \"open all sites in browser except these\" or \"open all sites in thunderbird except these\" etc... is that possible?

I'm pretty sure I never put that as a feature. While that's a nice idea, I don't think I'll be adding that in any time soon.

You can still always assign open in external browser to middle click and just middle click those links instead.
