Until this addon is updated, I am using TabScroller.

Is there any way to get tabs to scroll with the mouse wheel in Firefox 57+? Such a backward step. Vivaldi does this natively.

Edit: Thanks for your reply, Matt. It is hard to get used to Firefox without that functionality.

Unfortunately, no. At least, not using an extension.
